| 2011 Throttle King Rules Safety: -All drivers must have Seat Belts or Harnesses on and DOT approved Full Face Helmets -All vehicles must have fire extinguisher hard mounted in reach of Driver Seat -All Vehicles must have frame mounted front and rear recovery points - No chains or cables - recovery point safety qualification at the discretion of track official -All vehicles must have a firewall between Engine and Driver -Fuel Tanks and Batteries must be secured safely, official has discretion as to what will be considered safe -Alcohol/Drugs are not allowed to Drivers at any event, if driver is found consuming alcohol/Drugs he will be ejected from the facility with no refunds -If Truck is running Alcohol fuel, driver must have full Fire suit and pull pin Halon fire suppression system installed -If truck has multiple drivers truck can only place in the Series Placement once Race Truck Throttle King Qualifier (TKQ) Class -Axles Must Be Smaller than 2.5 Ton -Driveshaft Loops Required -Must have 4 or 5 point harness, no factory seatbelts allowed -Must have Roll Cage 2.5 Ton Throttle King Qualifier (TKQ) Class -Must have 2.5 Ton Axle or Larger -Driveshaft Loops Required -Must have 4 or 5 point harness -Roll Cage Highly recommended -If no roll cage present must have solid cab and A and B pillars attached to roof, officials discretion as to cab/pillars/roof qualifying as safe to race -----SUGGESTED NON-THROTTLE KING QUALIFIER SERIES CLASSES----- 4 & 6 Cylinder Street (Non-Series Class) -Uncut DOT tires -Must be able to be street legal: headlights & taillight housings must be installed, rear view Mirror, and at least one side Mirror, four wheel brakes. -Factory Frame +/- 6” length, No Narrowed Frames -Cab, A and B Pillar, and Roof Must be unmodified - or Factory Roll Cage must be present (must have something covering your head) official has discretion to safety
windshield must be up and attached to B pillar Cage
-Wheelbase must be within +/- 6“ of factory -Open Headers allowed, no Upright Headers Entry: $25 Payouts: 100% Payback Small Tire Street (Non-Series Class) -Up to 37” Uncut DOT tires -Must be able to be street legal: headlights & taillight housings must be installed, rear view Mirror, and at least one side Mirror, four wheel brakes. -No aluminum Blocks or heads (unless factory option) -Factory Frame +/- 6” length, No Narrowed Frames -Cab, A and B Pillar, and Roof Must be unmodified - or Factory Roll Cage must be present (must have something covering your head) official has discretion to safety
